How to use our service?

Simply send us an email with your transportation schedule, starting time, and duration. If you have preferred drivers in mind, let us know, and we’ll provide you with a quote and available drivers for the job.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes, we offer discounts for long-term services. For example, the 5-hour daily minimum can be divided into morning and afternoon sessions for weekly jobs.

What about privacy?

At Personal Driver as a Service, we prioritize privacy for our valued customers. Rest assured, we do not share any information about our customers outside the company or post anything online.

How many miles will the driver cover?

We provide local services within a 35-mile radius from Chicago downtown. For longer trips, we operate on a garage-to-garage policy, charging an hourly rate of $130 from the car’s departure from Chicago until its return. A 10% fuel charge will be added to the final bill.

Why is the service relatively expensive?

Our personal driver service includes experienced drivers with newer luxury SUVs, requiring advance car and driver reservations. This ensures dedicated service for you, and the driver won’t be available for other work on that day.

How do I reserve a car?

To reserve a car, simply receive your quote, agree to the rate and conditions, and we’ll send you an invoice for the full amount to secure the car and driver for your booking.

Do I have to pay for parking?

For events like Bear’s games or other events, we will include parking fees in the bill. If the trip includes out-of-state travel with accommodation for the driver, those fees will also be included.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance do not incur any fees, and the full amount will be returned. If the trip is canceled within 24 hours, we will charge half of the payment. For cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled trip, the full amount will be charged.

How many passengers are allowed?

Our SUVs comfortably accommodate up to 6 passengers, although from our experience, 5 passengers travel comfortably.
